With two of their County and Midland District swimmers trapped in Spain with the closure of UK air space, it proved a nightmare for Head Coach Tom Naughton to reorganize his teams with all his top swimmers having to swim up an age group. Yet  the club honoured him with the effort required with Pershore securing 2nd place overall with 235 points and only 15 points behind the four times larger City of Hereford club boasting thirteen Midland District qualifiers.  This is going to be a result hard to match from any of the  66 clubs in the three divisions taking part in this year's league other teams taking part in their gala being Camp Hill 3rd 171 pts; Stourbridge "B" 4th 127pts; Boldmere "C" 121 pts; and Enderby 87 pts.
