GREAT SWIMS AT CLUB AND AWAY.

Pershore Swimming Club's monthly achievement junior trophy for April was presented to 11 year old Rhiannon Cordiner. In the recent club championships she competed well against the older girls recording two 2nd and five 3rd places and proved she is improving beyond expectation.

Also excelling in the recent Evesham Middle Schools Gala was Bethany Carter from the club. Beth swam the 25m Breaststroke in a time of 24.06 secs and won easily by nearly 10 metres. This superb victory helped her school of Bengeworth to 1st place over all in the annual Gala.

Five members of the club were asked by the Worcester Swimming Club to represent them in the Nuneaton Diddy League Gala last week as their 2nd claim club and recorded pb's in all their swims in a longer than normal 33metre length pool at Halesowen.
